Service First Material Handling was born out of the material handling industry by listening to the customer. The founding partners, David Novark and Gary Bennicoff Jr., have had over 30 years combined industry experience in the customer service field. Although Gary passed away in 2022, his commitment to the customers lives on.

Service First Material Handling provides service, parts, rentals, new and used equipment, and manufacturing/design of unique material handling solutions. Service First Material Handling is in the business of placing the CUSTOMER FIRST in CUSTOMER SERVICE.

We repair all major brands of forklift equipment such as: Nissan, Toyota, Doosan, Jungheinrich, Caterpillar, Crown, Raymond, Hyster, Yale, and Mitsubishi. Do you operate industrial vehicles and equipment? Service First also repairs: EZ GO, Yamaha, Club Car, Cushman, Taylor Dunn, Princeton, and Moffett.

We believe that the customer needs comes first. We work on your schedule, not ours and we work with you to minimize your costs. We are focused on the customers operational success not our own agenda.
